Vincent Soulet

Impassioned by media since childhood,  Vincent Soulet has directed radio morning shows for over 20 years.

He had previously been executive producer or on-air team manager for three major French music stations: RTL2, RFM and Chérie FM.

Since 2005, Vincent has also been scouting and training talents for radio, communication, events, speech and brand content. He is working with Studio Ecole de France, INA and PPA Business School.

In 2019, he started his own consulting business offering his expertise to radios, digital media, companies and sports or political figures. 

His mission is to help his clients to improve their performance and delivery of their message,  in order to achieve their audience figures objectives. This requires a very clear understanding of the target, the creation of a powerful narrative through a tailored and challenging coaching.

Always on-trend, he is comfortable with the implementation of strategies and management, as well as creativity, personality and leadership  work and growth or  the creation of relevant content and public speaking skills.
